12GCS did a complete overhaul of the building’s improvement project to include a new common conference center, fitness center with locker rooms and showers, lobby renovation, exterior improvements, restroom and common corridor upgrades, and a grab and go deli.

Exterior improvements included new building signage, improved landscaping, and the addition of an outdoor tenant courtyard.

Interior improvements include new tile and lighting all throughout lobby, new paint and carpet in all corridors, and updated restrooms.
